How a deal runs

From a name you want to the keys in your account

You give the agent a domain, a ceiling and a purpose. It does the research, the email and the waiting. You step in only when money is about to be committed.

  1. 01

    Find

It reads the registry record, the live site and any for sale page, then finds the public way to reach the owner.

  2. 02

    Value

It prices the name from comparable public sales and tells you a fair range, an opening offer and where to walk away.

  3. 03

    Negotiate

It writes to the owner as an agent for a private client and answers counter offers inside the band you set.

  4. 04

    Close

You click approve, a licensed escrow partner holds the money, and the agent tracks the transfer to your registrar.

Four agents, one desk

Buy, sell, catch drops and keep your portfolio lean

Each agent does one job end to end and reports to the same deal desk, so a name you buy today can sit in the portfolio tomorrow and go to a buyer next year.

Buy Agent

Get the name without overpaying

  • Finds who owns the name and the public way to reach them
  • Opens below fair value and never goes above your ceiling
  • Keeps your company name out of every message

Sell Agent

Reach the companies that need your name

  • Builds a list of likely end users for each domain
  • Writes a personal note to each one, not a blast
  • Negotiates down to your floor and never below it

Drop Agent

Catch good names as they expire

  • Watches expiring and pending delete names against your rules
  • Scores each one against real comparable sales
  • Keeps backorder and auction spend inside a monthly budget

Portfolio Agent

Stop paying to renew names that will not sell

  • Values every name and flags renew or drop before each date
  • Publishes a clean for sale page per name
  • Scores inbound offers so serious buyers get answered first

Standing mandates

Give one order and let the agent keep working

Write what you are looking for in plain words. The agent turns it into rules, checks names every day, contacts owners inside your limits and only shows you deals that pass every rule.

  • Rules you can read and edit, not a black box prompt
  • Outreach paced by daily caps on your own mailbox
  • Pause, change or stop the mandate at any moment

Mandates are included from the Investor plan (one at a time) up to 50 on Agency.

Rules the agent cannot break

The agent works hard and stays inside the lines

A deal touches real people and real money. These limits are built into the product, not left to a prompt.

Read the full outreach rules Laptop showing a payment confirmation with a green check next to keys and a notebook
  • Public data only

Contact details come from the registry record, privacy forwarding addresses, the domain's own site and public listings. Nothing behind a login.

  • Opt out in every email

Every message names the sender and carries a one click opt out. An opt out goes on a shared suppression list and is never contacted again.

  • Your band, your click

The agent can move only between the opening offer and the ceiling you set. A binding offer or acceptance needs your approval in the app.

  • Escrow holds the money

Funds move through a licensed escrow partner. DomainAgent never holds or touches the purchase money.

  • An honest sender

The agent says it is an agent acting for a client. It never pretends to be a person and never invents a story.

A flat price instead of a cut

Keep the commission a broker would take

Human brokers usually charge an upfront fee per name plus 10 to 20 percent of the final price. DomainAgent is a subscription, so the price you negotiate is the price you pay.

Work out your own number

Broker commission

The broker side adds a $99 upfront fee per deal. Escrow fees are paid on both paths, so they are left out.

Broker fees per year

$3,198

Pro plan, billed yearly

$1,788

Worked example. One $10,000 name at a 20 percent commission costs $2,000 in fees plus the upfront charge. A full year of Pro costs $1,788 and runs 25 deals at the same time.

Questions

What buyers and sellers ask before they start

Something else on your mind? Write to support@domainagent.ai.

Will the owner know it is me or my company?

No. The agent writes as DomainAgent acting for a private client and never shares your name, company or budget. Your identity only appears when you sign the escrow agreement, and at that point the price is already agreed.

Is it legal to contact domain owners like this?

Yes, when it is done the way the agent does it. It uses only public contact data such as the registry record, privacy forwarding addresses, the domain's own site and public listings. Every email names the sender and has a one click opt out, which follows CAN-SPAM, and contact data is kept to the minimum GDPR expects for a business inquiry.

Can the AI agree to a price I did not approve?

No. You set an opening offer, a step size and a ceiling before outreach starts. The agent can only move inside that band, and any binding offer or acceptance waits for your approval click in the app.

Who holds the money?

A licensed escrow partner. The buyer pays escrow, the seller transfers the name, and escrow releases the money once the transfer is confirmed. DomainAgent never holds or touches purchase funds.

What if the owner does not answer or will not sell?

The agent follows up a set number of times, then stops and marks the deal closed. Nothing is charged per deal, and the agent suggests close alternatives that fit your purpose and budget.

How accurate is the value estimate?

The value is a range, not a single number, and it is built from comparable public sales that you can see on the result with their date and price. Names with few close comparables get a wider range, and the page says so.

Why a subscription and no commission?

Because a percentage rewards a broker for a higher price, which works against a buyer. A flat plan keeps the incentive on getting you a fair deal. For most buyers one acquisition at a typical 15 to 20 percent commission costs more than a year of Pro.

Can I sell my portfolio with it?

Yes. The Sell Agent finds likely end users for each name and writes to them one by one, and the Portfolio Agent publishes a for sale page per name and scores the offers that come in.

Does it work for expiring and deleted names?

Yes. The Drop Agent watches names that are expiring or pending delete, scores them against your rules and comparable sales, and keeps backorder and auction spend inside the monthly budget you set.

Which email address does the outreach come from?

From a mailbox you connect, with daily sending caps you control. That keeps replies in one place and protects your main domain's reputation, since cold outreach should never run from a transactional address.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Check any domain from the homepage without an account and see its status, value range, comparable sales and a proposed opening offer. After you create an account you get one full report once. Sending outreach and running agents need a plan.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from the billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and yearly billing costs half of the monthly price.

Which name do you want next?

Type it in. In under a minute you see who holds it, what it is worth and what to offer first.

No account needed for the first check.
